Support Groups.

Getting the right support can be vital to your healing. Life Solutions Services is now offering two new support groups beginning August 2023.

While friends and family can provide support, they often don't have the same level of understanding as others who have been through the same experiences. In this way, the main benefits of joining a support group includes ongoing social contact with others in the same position, opportunities to share struggles and work through solutions, and advice from mental health professionals.

Our Self Esteem Group will allow individuals to talk about their experiences while offering each other encouragement, empathy, understanding, and support. Guided by Caitlin Vijayanagar, LMHC, LMFT, beginning 8/16/2023.

We are also very excited to offer Virtual Yoga for Wellness Classes with Ashley Couch, LCSW. Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline that helps to achieve a physical and mental well-being. If regularly practiced, it helps to maintain and improve health and is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body.

Help improve your general wellness by relieving stress, supporting good health habits, and improving mental/emotional health, sleep, and balance. Join us Wednesdays at 6:15pm beginning 8/23/2023.
