Psychological Evaluations.

Psychological evaluations add a tremendous value to immigration cases. A thorough assessment and comprehensive report, conducted by a clinician knowledgeable about the relevant mental health issues involved in extreme immigration hardships, can be effectively used by attorneys to move forward with immigration proceedings.

We offer psychosocial evaluations for the following:

  • Waivers (I-601 and I-601A)

  • Cancellation of Removal

  • VAWA and Spousal Abuse

  • U-Visas

  • Asylum, Withholding of Removal and Convention Against Torture

We are able to conduct evaluations across the state of Florida in person or by using a HIPAA complaint video platform. Furthermore, sessions can be conducted in Spanish and Italian.

Fees:

The fee for an immigration evaluation is $800.  Payments plans are available.
